Are there any graphic settings that are only GPU related? It seems that everything I do make the game run between 35 (in high density areas) and 55-59 (on not crowded places). My GPU is using about 2.2 of 4 GB or Vram. Ya, most modern video cards are set to auto OC to about 85C unless fps is capped, reaches OC boundary or the card just cant handle any more.
