Are there any graphic settings that are only GPU related? It seems that everything I do make the game run between 35 (in high density areas) and 55-59 (on not crowded places). My GPU is using about 2.2 of 4 GB or Vram. So cranking up some options that have no effect on my CPU would be very welcome

Ya, most modern video cards are set to auto OC to about 85C unless fps is capped, reaches OC boundary or the card just cant handle any more.
Any render distance setting really, all the other options are gpu intensive. What are the settings that you are currently using? I have Asus STRIX 970 & i-5 4590, graphics setting are as follows: All settings on extra high, MSAA x2, reflection MSAA x2, Anisotropic Filtering X16, Distance scaling 100%, extended distance scaling 0%.
In the GPU benchmark we published, GTA V scaled all the way down to fluid (71 FPS) framerates on an R7 250X using "normal" settings across the board. It didn't look too pretty, but it worked.
.
is gta 5 gpu intensive
